The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts.

With pet sensors now day's, its not case of whether the sensor can see the target, its "how" the sensor interprets what it see's  ;)
A decent pet sensor, properly mounted and set up, will ignore most targets under 80 kg unless it dances around smack in front of the thing.
Dogs are really not a problem, but cats are because the little buggers get everywhere when your not looking  >:(

As for Texecom, there older stuff was shite (imo) but to be fair, since the class 1 to 3 system came out the newer stuff is pretty decent.
If i'm honest, nobody really makes crap equipment anymore.
It more a case of some manufactures got there arse into gear first and there are the ones I stick with  ;)
At the end of the day I've got systems out there which have been installed 20 years and I've never been back to them for a fault  ;) ;) ;)

Sorry, but I've got to say this ...........
I'll help anyone out on this but i'm not getting into a "my systems better then yours bitch fight" that this forum has sadly turned into  :( :( :(
Life's just too short  ;)

so putting one in front of the fridge is not a good idea ;D ;D
