To the OP, do NOT replace the cats. Ever. Anyone tell you you need new cats, kick 'em in the nads and walk away. Its the starting cat (often called pre cat) thats tired, not the main cats. So it should pass emissions if you get the light out.

Pattern cats are complete utter shite, and will not solve the issue.

The answer is relocating 2 of the sensors.
