Yeah, I hear you.  It's bloody effing depressing going through the job listings all day.  >:(
I have been self employed for just over 3 years and I survey buildings for disabled access. With the Disabled Discrimination Act coming out I have been very busy, but the last 3 months has died a death for some reason.

Pity did't let me know, just put out a tender for consultancy services to carry out DDA & H&S on T&RA halls 92 of them in all, surveys, works requ, costs etc., etc.. Mind you its in London, PM me if you are stuck may be able to point you in direction :y

Cheers for that :y Ive got some conditional surveys to do for Woking Borough Council in the next couple of weeks

Tell me Mick, are there any Londoners living in London? I lived there for seven years and everyone had moved out to Kent/Essex/Sussex.

Another thing was, if you lived south of the river, you never ventured north, and vice versa.
