You get used to it,although the mpg is still crap even using Eco ,don't get over 26mpg in mine,and the gearbox are crap,1st gear went on mine within 2weeks/1400 miles,and took ford a month to fix

The stop/start is pretty annoying too if you forget to override it! The starter and battery are never going to last
Dunno about commercials, but on cars I know Ford claim the starter and battery a "specially designed" for stop-start.

Personally, I think I can smell a bit of bovine in the air, but at least it keeps the tree huggers happy.

"specially designed" to fail just outside their warranty...?
