....It says 2013 but it looks exactly like the car taking in to consideration the new changes...

Don't think so, think the new rules mean the nose has to be much lower than that.

Also the article was posted 03/20/2013, in English terms 20th March  :y

Fair enough... its just I saw the lower nose and the front wing width shortened and the new sponsors and got excited  :y
