Seriously though, Albs........I would need to be Very careful, if I don't want to end up as just another middle-aged statistic. :'( :'(

My mate has a new hyabusa , he wrapped his last one around a tree  :( It put him off bikes for good but after a while he was back in the saddle on a brand spanker ...  :)

I would have thought at your age Opti that a twist of the right hand would be directly linked to involuntary bowel movements :D :D ;)

Perhaps this would be a good solution for those finding it a bit too much...

That's amazing. :y

Back in the seventies there was something that looked similar. I believe it was called  called 'The Quasar' but I could be wrong.

It didn't stand up on it's own though. :-\

Sorry to hear this, go for test rides on some new machines, might get you going again?

Time to MOT the GS again tomorrow. Done about 200 miles since last MOT  :-[

Did few 1000 last time thanks to my Scotland trip, really must use it more this year.

When I'm old enough to retire, and my need for speed has abated, I could be tempted by one of these old flat twins, Mr Tunnie. ::) ::) ::) ;)

Had one of them pull over to let me pass in the MX5 while ascending the Top Gear Spanish "road to nowhere" today. :D
