Bizarre,just bizarre !!! Even the commentators haven't a clue whats going on.  ??? :o :-\

Also,moto2 - sadly,Scott Redding fell in qualifying yesterday and broke his wrist. Looks like his championship hopes are over. :'(

Agreed all rather odd.

I watched some of the supporting races at my brothers. Superb stuff. I even managed to predict the winner (42).

Well done to Yorkshire lad Tom Sykes. The 2013 World Superbike Champion. Well deserved imo. :)

And to round the weekend off, Sam Lowes has just beaten Shakey Byrne to the BSB championship. It came down to the last lap of the last race of the season - in the wet. Real nail biting stuff. They both crashed out of the first race of the day,so it was do or die in the last race.
Great stuff. :)

Its a long time now though until it all starts again next spring. :(

But was it a simple mis-count and/or not seeing his pit board by Marquez?Or was it Honda pushing the limit of the rules?Feel sorry for Redding, but others suffer misfortune also so I suppose it all evens out over a season. What a final race for the BSB title!!and well done to Sykes in WSB.Roll on next season, although there's still two races left in MotoGP to the end of their season.I shall miss watching that in future what with it going to BT sport and such.

Honda have admitted that they misinterpreted the rules. They thought as long as he came in before the start of the 11th lap he was ok. ::)
Yep,the end of the MotoGp championship is going to be superb I think. Lorenzo is riding incredibly, and Marquez is just amazing,so it promises to be great viewing.  :y

Not seen the race yet, but the build up and media coverage during today suggests, a tyre issue caused by a resurfaced track, shortened tyre duration of 10laps as a result.

Solution, change bikes half way through.

I presume if it rains they'd stop the race with a delay to set the bikes up, as you can't ask the teams to supply 3 bikes. One on track, one set up for dry and one set up for wet conditions, just in case.

But, with two sets of tyres for the race, will they be even more balls out than usual...?

I'm about to find out. :y
