I seem to remember the last time this was done in the UK it was a Brazillian shot then as well

..... and it didn't turn out very well::)  :(
It did for the police because nobody had to answer for what was nothing short of an execution, but then again it's par for the course for the police to be able to kill someone in broad daylight and get away with it.
