ps3 controller
« on: 18 October 2013, 18:50:46 »

Hi I picked up a ps3 controller. Charged it and started to use it. All went well for about a hour then nothing, no light on front nothing.... Plugged it back in and still nothing. So i thought great its a dud. Anyway scanned the barcode and checked it google and it came back as availible in usa amazon. I take it this means its not compatible with my uk ps3. Or am i talking rollocks. Barcode number was 11719990048

It couldn't have been dud as you managed to use it for an hour, and a compatibility issue wouldn't stop it from charging.

My guess is the battery is f***ed.

PS

I have a PS3 controller here that came from Japan that links quite happily to both my sons console as well as my Galaxy S3, so the country of origin won't be an issue.

Leave it plugged in with the machine running for a day or two. Give it a proper charge.

Thought both mine where dead. Not so. ;)
