Welcome aboard mate, just things that usual. Oil can't be watered, coolant can't be oiled, coolant pipes can't be cement hard when the engine works on normal run temperature. Spark plugs can't be sitting in oil etc etc

Welcome to OOF.Cambelt history should show belt and tensioners have been changed every 40,000 miles or 4 years. Whichever comes first.Leaking cambelt covers are common.Shows as oil in plug wells and / or oil leaking onto exhausr manifolds,causing a smaell of burning oil. Look for excessive wear on inside edges of front tyres . :y
