Ooh, that looked painful.  :o :o

Friend of mine lost his eye in a similar incident as a teenager. We used to go rabbiting with guns, crossbows and catapults with large steel ball bearings. One of our group aimed at a aluminium drain pipe on the corner of a farm building and the ricochet took my mates eye out.
