Remember Cameron's "victory" over the frozen EU budget a few months back?

I notice this is has passed by under the radar today:

Vote on 2.7 bn budget increase. 428 in favour, 44 against, 76 abstain.
UKIP against, Tories abstain, Lab and Lib in favour
