Just watched an ad

for the new Bose in ear headphones. The guy was saying how he wears his all day and that he doesn't care how noisy the world gets, he is blissfully unaware as his marvellous earphones block it all out.
It didn't show the bit where he gets mown down by a big, noisy truck. Pity.

....well, a now you mention it. Soma daft idiot wondered in front of me yesterday with bits of white wire hanging out of his ears. ::)

But it did show him narrowly avoiding the noisy end of a taxi ::) of course if he wasn't wearing them he'd have heard it coming and waited at the kerb ;D

Yes , I saw this ad last night, I really thought it was going to be a warning on how not to wear them to avoid accidents, bloody stupid advert, all it needs is a texting driver to mow him down.How stupid can advertising get?
