The three screws are they inside the car, as in
pass. footwell. Or outside in the cold, along with the three wise men  :y
Glovebox out, side airvent out, untape loom on cable tray, remove air pipework above cable tray. Blower motor is visible, two screws easy access, third needs an angled torx bit. Got a good fan here, casing is damaged on one of the screw fixing lugs but the actual fan & motor can be removed and fitted into your casing if it`s your motor/fan that`s donald

And there's me thinking it would JUST be 3 screws. I have freed it as per previous advice. Thank to everyone for your advice I also have variable speed as well Hurrah. But as it's impossible to see excatly where the spray is going I'm not sure if the spray oil has hit home . The Plus gas obviously has (and the cabin stinks of it).I'm just worried that it is running with no oil on it. So in a few weeks it starts screeching.

Squeaking only needs a couple of drops of 3in1 to sort :y, but sounds like you caught it just in time :y
