Back seat problem

Right guys the back seat wont fold down,the previous owner hasnt put them back propaly,the smaller section of the two is jammed,the is a piece of metal sticking out on the right hand side of the smaller seat diggining into the other part of tge bench srat and tge buttom is also jammed down....help

No one can tell you how to get round that one, we can't see it.

Also worth noting that the estate seat backs have a lock pin through the hinge plates.

Remove the base. Unbolt the two outer bolts, followed by the centre seatbelt bolt and then undo the nuts holding the centre hinge assembly to the floor, then lift the complete seat back out.

You can then strip it on the kitchen table/lounge floor/bed*
