As per the title... Why always at the wrong time?

Had one of the lads quit mast month for family reasons, which I understood. Although I now have doubts as to the honesty of that reason.

The other one went AWOL last night for 5 hours (I even had the police involved!) and has today announced that he's been offered a job with a competitor and therefore he has to go immediately!

(Funnily enough I think he's making a huge mistake as I highly doubt he'll get the money he expects!)

Anyway... Upshot is I now have no one covering my Kent and East Sussex areas (adverts are out!) which is going to cost me thousands of pounds, not to mention the damage to the reputation!

So... Anyone know of someone reliable in central Kent (Roughly Ashford) or Central East Sussex (round about Uckfield) who is looking for work then I have vacancies which I am looking to fill ASAP! Full training provided :y

Probably not right for you but not necessarily... Area runs to A24. I'm still up if you want to chat, or tomorrow.
