Did they do the ECO switch in hard plastic as well as soft touch switch ie-early Omega(hard plastic) and mini-facelift(soft touch)??????

Don't understand - what's "soft touch"?

The ECO switch on my mini-facelift is hard plastic, but the paint is peeling off...
