Fair point. I think that's why Rob has merely vented his frustration rather than identify the culprit.

As always, if you have a problem with a buyer / seller advertising here, please contact the admin team in the first instance rather than engaging in public mud-slinging.
This "transaction" was discussed and agreed via PM Kevin. "Public mud-slinging" would by definition involve naming the other person/company/etc which has not occurred. Obviously the other party is aware and may change his/her attitude when getting involved in any possible further dealings/transactions on here

No. But they wouldn't be messing anyone else around, not on this forum anyway.

It`s not too much to ask for a verbal agreement to be honoured though Pete. ??? Maybe I`m from the "old school" where people have morals and principles :-X

I'm with you Rob, I hope admin weed him out. :y :y :y

If the seller has had second thoughts and informs the buyer of change of heart.... Is that so wrong?

I obviously don't know the full story and nor do I wish too, but from what has been said, that appears to be the case.  ???

Locking this now, as the point has been made. Sometimes, for whatever reason, buyer or seller have to pull out of a transaction. Understandably, that can be frustrating for the other party, but, until hands are shaken and goods change hands, it's the right of either party to do so, IMHO.
