Egg theft
« on: 21 April 2014, 11:45:31 »

The wife has stoped to a new low in her chocolate dependancy, I got my annual Buttons egg yesterday and must admit I love them. Just decided to have a bit and horrified to discover that there were no buttons in it, initial suspiscion was a manufacturing issue but the guilty face on SWMBO said it all >:(

She'd even sealed it back up the cheeky mare !! ;D Revenge will be swift and cruel

My daughter and the grand kids made me an great Easter display with a main egg, a pack of crunchies (my favourite chocolate treat), :y a pack of small chocolate eggs, three bottles of beer, Spitfire, Old Speckled Hen and Hobgoblin :y with some Easter decorations and all wrapped in cellophane. :y :y :y

When she cleared the dining table for lunch, she stood it on the sky box, where it stayed all afternoon. :o :o :o Soon as I got home, the chocolate went into the fridge to solidify.  ::) ;D ;D ;D

Tell me about it. Must admit to cheating though, BG readings are a bit on the high side but no higher than when I was on tablets.
A little in moderation won't do you any harm.

Nurse keeps telling me she understands that you can't be good all the time and will have a treat now and again, just a small amount and not every day should be ok.

Especially when everyone around you is munching easter eggs.
I tend to have a couple of wheat crackers or oat cakes with cheese on as a snack nowadays. Fills me up and doesn't seem to play havoc with sugar readings.
