« on: 30 April 2014, 20:33:10 »

Just sat down to tax my three cars online, and there's a difference of a couple of quid on the V11 to the DVLA renewal site, did I miss something in the budget or is this the usual sneaky tactic of a greedy two faced ba**ard government! >:( :-\

Oh stop it , you'd bring tears to a glass eye ..........
My road tax notice dropped through the letter box a week or so ago and for the pleasure of driving my 2.0 Omega the utterly incompetent government of this corrupt country want €710 a year. I just can't justify that plus insurance when I only drive a couple of thousand miles a year so it's Sorn'd again.
It's not looking good for the Omega I'm afraid as none of the political parties have any inclination to shoot the golden goose, so much so that I have embarked on a search for a top condition BMW E28 which will be 30 years old or more and attract an annual tax of €54 .
Then they can go and fornicate with themselves .
It breaks my heart when I go into the garage and see the Omega and ponder the totally inept ,foolish and completely detached politicians who believe a sum like that to be " normal " .
You are very fortunate .
