It'd need to come in a bigger spray than 50ml fro SWMBO .............. maybe a bucket of the stuff

I've been told that that is what has to be done to you to stop YOU from snoring

That's the second option and if that doesn't work it's a peg on the nose.

On a slightly more serious note ... as one diagnosed with "snoring induced sleep apnoea" some 15 years ago, I have one of the "sleepwell" devices from this company ... First 2 were provided by the RAF, the latest one I had to buy myself.

Certainly has made a HUGE difference to both my quality of sleep even when away and sleeping "solo", but even more so when at home, as SWTSMBO also now sleeps well and does not have to nudge/kick/punch me throughout the night .....

If you are snoring and are sleepy/tired in the day time, then go see a GP and ask for a referral to a sleep clinic. I wouldn't recommend using dental devices or positional trainers without a proper assessment first. There are a variety of illnesses associated with snoring and you need to identify what is happening first.

Certainly looks far less hassle than the CPAP machine I currently use......

Having a further sleep study soon too......

Might be worthy of some investigation
