This is what you do  ;)

Not enough to allow cold air in, it has to be separated from the holt air under the bonnet. Also, as low speed, no cold air would be forced it ;)

As said, poorly implemented ;)

I rest my case  ;)
next comment will be about induction pipe mod and how pointless it is.

chrome tubes are nice but from experience this filter wont suck enough air above 180-190 kms and needs to be relocated :-\

Pointless? No, it was done for a reason. Misguided or otherwise  :-X

Done well? No, clearly no attempt has been made to keep hot air out, so as well as putting on a more restrictive filter, its going to be sucking thin air, hurting performance.

this is too easy.
the words hook, line and sinker come to mind.
i don't think it's pointless just knew others would chip in with their 2p's worth of why it won't work.
personally i have no idea of the expertise or lack of it involved just think it's a 8) looking car.

Yeah, I knew you were fishing for a bite, but nobody had really complied, so I felt sorry for you :P

But its not pointless, it was done for a reason, that was my point. Regular members will know why this implementation is so badly done though :y

The exhausts and wing aren't too my taste, and I've had trouble in the past with owning a car that attracts too much attention. Thus I tend to go with the more anonymous, subtle look :)

Says he with an Irmscher Omega.  ;) ;D

I like the dish on the wheels, it reminds me of when I had them many years ago.  :y I used to put the rear on axle stands, start the car and put it in gear, foot pump wedged on accelerator so that the wheels were spinning, autosol on cloth and polish the rims the lazy way.  ::) ;D

Ah, not the same car - I assumed that was the cure to that unprotected cone in the original post, it wouldn't be :)

Could probably do with lifting up a bit, given recent winters - that's game over if significant amounts of water went in there.
