Corsa exhaust.......should I be pleased or pissed?
« on: 08 July 2014, 13:32:55 »

The 'zorst' on the family Corsa is starting to give up the ghost. :'( :'( The car has covered just 25,000 miles.

Here's the rub.

It's the original exhaust so is getting on for 11 years old.

Bearing in mind the low mileage do you think that Vauxhall would be receptive to giving me a 'goodwill payment' toward a new exhaust?.......shall we say 90% of the cost.  ::) ::) ::) :)

If your silver tongue can deal with Mrs Opti whenever her hot sister pops over unannounced then there's certainly no harm in asking ;D

Trouble is.... Usually its the low mileage that causes the problem as the condensation doesn't get boiled off the inside of the exhaust so it rots from the inside out

It doesn't look like her in the smaller picture. A woman like that would be too much for you at your age anyway. :D :D ;)

Even so..... I still think that the lovely Suzi would be better served by a younger man like myself.  :) ;)
