just a note on moving stuff around and adding stuff don't forget its original design and weight distribution,you don't want something unstable on the road 
Yes thanks for that , im going to be making a sink cabinet and drainer with the water storage on the opposite side to the changed bathroom so should even itself out 
If anything the caravan will be lighter as the old gas fire / gas-electric fridge and gas cooker have all be removed and wont be going back in

Why would you do that? that is the advantage of a caravan, having a fridge, cooker and fire, not to mention a shower............. 
Well mr vamp it will basically be a tin tent
There will be :
A bed
An eating area with table
A bathroom with sink and toilet
A kitchen sink and cuoboards
I will be using a potable table mount gas cooker in the kitchen area and buying a small beer fridge to put milk/butter in and no beer
So it will be self sufficient enough for a brew , something to eat and a place to wash pee and sleep
Oh and an electric fire .. not that ill be needing it much in summer hopefully .
