How do I go about creating links as is this post

I would rather post in this manner to make the posts I do nicer to look at rather than just being loads www.nafftextandnumbersoshowshomethingthatonlyneedstobeshortandsweet.naff

Also would it be worth doing a photobucket, or similar guide line for posting pics for people to refer to.  But add it to part of the guidelines maybe
