« on: 12 October 2014, 15:36:42 »

Hi Guys  :y
I'm lookin for one of these:

If anyone has one they want to sell in good nick then let me know here or send me a PM.
Or if anyone can help me out and buy one for me (I'll paypal you the money first of course) and send it over privately because the guys selling this on ebay want 30 quid postage!! >:( :o
Can you help a stranded Brit out in Spain?  :-[
Cheers

What about sending it in one package with the bonnet struts/tensioner pulley Anthony?

Hmmm that's a good idea actually...I'm going to see him end of October. Don't want to bother him too much as he's v-busy with family.

Would have been a good idea but normally only travel with small bag in plane.  Bonnet struts no problem. I don't know how grill would have fared in a suitcase in the hold.

Sorry

Not sure how gas struts would fare in a pressurised environment either ::)

mm. Then there is airport security. I got special treatment at Leeds last time when they spotted my sealey gearbox oil pump/syringe for changing diff/transfer box oil etc. Like this one http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Sealey-Suction-Pump-Gearbox-Transmission-Sump-Oil-Fluid-Transfer-Hand-Syringe-V3-/321418561710?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item4ad60a08ae .

They had to call head of security and he asked me what it was for (brand new with receipt). He said OK and waived me through this time. I'm not likely to be buying another one.....

Great piece of kit it is too. Wished I had one years ago.
