Can you describe this vibration a little more for us Anthony? What sort of frequency are we talking about? Like a buzzing? As if the exhaust is touching the body or a heat shield somewhere? The engine can twist a little under acceleration and move the exhaust as a result, making it touch under load when it looks fine at rest. ...maybe you have a broken engine mount rubber as well perhaps. Or maybe not but you get the idea...?

Are you re using the centre double clamp ? Sometimes this doesn't fit so well and isn't used. Do the clam shell centre boxes touch on the centre or are close enough to touch under power? Etc....

Can you get it up in the ramp again and Rev the engine while someone looks from under the car for the vibration?

Chris...I think I'm on top of it at the moment. Took it to the Opel dealers and they've guaranteed either HT Leads or Coil Pack.
The vibration is happening on acceleration between 1500 and 2500/2700 rpms. After that it cruises. Just waiting for the new set of leads to be delivered then hopefully that'll be it. If not then time to change the coil pack.

Cheers Chris

Plugs? Oil in plug wells. Cam cover seals? ....Leads and coil pac as well. All quite common.

When you said a vibration.... Oh never mind ::) ;D ;)

Well finally the vibrating/shaking at 2500 RPM's has finally been fixed! Turned out to be the old HT Leads.
Upgraded them last Friday and now she's running smooth. And feels like she has been injected with some more kick too!  :D
I'd like to thank all those that contributed to the possible causes!!!
 ;) ;) ;)
Cheers
