According to the media current low crude prices are hurting the Russian Rouble.

Is this the stick to bash Putin with or will OPEC hit the brakes on their current production output.

He`s playing some odd games with incursions into UK airspace & I read somewhere that elements of the  Russian Navy steamed thru the channel over the weekend.

If this is America's way of having a pop at Putin,by making crude prices,plummet then please carry on,only down side is crude oil prices control a lot of the world stock markets,and the banks buy and sell oil to make profits. Playing with fire.But I like cheap fuel.

What will be interesting will be the direction of gas and electricity prices this year.  My bet is that while they may not go up, they certainly won't go down in case we have a Labour government next May. 

Labour have of course promised to freeze energy prices if they get in a the next election.
