It says it's god for 500kg, so I assume it would be absolutely fine for an omega engine  :-\

If you haven't bought the stand yet, get one with four legs. Although the lighter rated ones carry the weight, I find them a little wobbly.
Two people should be able to lift an V6 onto a stand, especially if you bolt the plate to the engine first.
