Been off all today & next back in on 3rd Jan .... used 2 days hols  :y :y :y

Im off but for past few days,ive removed skirting board,old carpets,laid 30sq mtrs of laminate flooring in lounge and hallway,and refitted skirting in lounge after it was glossed,i think next time im going to keep my mouth shut and not tell swmbo im off work. ;D

I wanted Monday or Tuesday off, but the mongrels in charge at our place said no...   ...not that we have much to do this time of year, as the source of all cock-ups (ASGs rather around changing their servers) is banned over the xmas period, as is common in all IT circles, so I'll probably be doing nothing but beating my meat in the office next week.

Still, it did cause a "debate" between my boss and I that had been brewing for days, so that's cleared the air nicely for Christmas :P
