If I were looking to  buy Chilton would not be on my top 100 places to look, Trimdon, depends which one, these are,  Trimdon Colliery, Village and Station.

Over the years I have known people from all these areas, there are good and bad everywhere. Since all the mines have gone, the whole area of the North East is much cleaner.

I am sure there is site that lists the number and types of crimes all over the Country, might be worth a read............ :y :y

Edit. Found it http://www.police.uk
