I got good tips to solve my problem, yes...

In the link there are two pics of the electronic selector. In first pic you can see in green colored circuit board some steel colored contact strips. I opened my selector as my AR-25 is really a manual gear box today. Two of those steel colored strips are broken so I believe that I have to buy a new one. In Finland the price of this part is about 500 euro. Perhaps someone of you knows a better place to buy it, or should I try to repair it by soldering.
Please help, I like automatic gearbox.

Is that 500€ for new part? Why not use second hand part if in good condition?

Hello, yes why not, but how do you know the condition of the used part. This is a mechanical failure. The strips really are worn. What is the price of a new part e.g in U.K.?

I still recommend you find yourself a used part from local breaker to be able to return it if broken. Via eBay your money might be for nothing

OK, thanks for all, decided to buy a new one, for Y26SE+AR25 combination the right part is
GM#96017511
1239432

The number referred here earlier was for C26NE+AR25 used e.g. Omega A models I quess, perhaps Senator as well.

But now mine is automatic again!
