1. The plastic triangular cover panel above the headlight (driver's side). The clip has broken on mine.
2. Rear mid headrest in black (smooth) leather. Mine is marked.

Think I have the cover panel you're after - what's the part number of it's friend on the other side (incase there is a model difference)?
