I've still yet to remove my powersounder , am i right to think i just need to disconnect it and wrap the connector up in tape or does it actually have to be removed?
Remove it to get better fuel consumption  :y

It is Fire Damage..But on saying that, Each green Batt pack is made up of 3 small batts And Inside they Are wet (leaking)
Battery 'acid' is abit of a misnomer, but alkaline substances will corrode just as effectively as acidic ones ;)

Seen enough burnt pcbs to confirm that is burnt

Yep ,looks burnt to me too...if it was an 'acidic' attack, there wouldn't be any copper tracks left and you can clearly see one in the pic, in the damaged area  :y
