Changing cam cover gaskets the Taxi Al way
« on: 09 May 2015, 16:56:02 »

Thanks for the demonstration at Wycombe last Monday, Al. Two tricks I noted; one was detaching the throttle from the plenum with pipes and cables still attached, the other was leaving the passenger side cable harness assembled. Last time I tried this there was not enough slack in the cables, so I dissembled it. What do I need to unplug or detach to get more slack in the harness?

Bracket on the head by pot 1 iirc.

I never removed the cable tray doing cam covers personally.
