Comes and goes.

For us, it's head and shoulders above any phone line provider. By miles.

Can be laggy at busy times. And the routers are shite over wifi. But as TB would say, they all are from a provider.

Got virgin media ere, not had any problems in years service wise,but bill upcocks are numerous, and we are on fibre optic cable (allegedly).
 and we have funny water ;D.

Yes we did have router problems, they changed it to a new super-hub 2, been fine since :y

rang vm & was told broadband + tv would be down till 01.15. tv has been ok except for a couple of times momentarily freezing. broadband however has been playing up for 2 days now. finally packed up about 6ish. ( that's when I got in touch with them) all seems ok now.
