I think very very early Vectra's with NCDC's are the same, later models had more involved and integrated CAN setups so are different.

Screens however, nah, 'fraid not.

The NCDR1100 and 1500 should be fitable, although single DIN. I don't know how much work it is though. The colour screen is a swap out for the MID.

1100 and 1500 not fitted to Vectra C though, fitted to Vectra B (Ultra rare in Blighty). In the case of the Vectra B, the CID's and GID's are the same size and interchangeable with the Omega ones - obviously code indexes etc will need to change.

Also used in mk4 Astra and Zafira making it a little easier to get a setup.

Up to the facelifting, the NCDC are the same (all NCDC are the same internally). I think the facelifting was around 2005/2006 ish? After facelift, the Vectra-C used CD30/CD70 etc radios.

Vectra-C screens are not interchangeable with Omega ones.
