Foot area heating stuck on hot
« on: 12 June 2015, 17:45:17 »

Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone else on here has had this problem. Regardless of climate settings, the foot area is always getting hot air. I have read the guides about passenger side/drivers side not working correctly, but can't see anything about this problem. I have tried the climate reset.

Any ideas would be much appreciated  :y

The only difference is that it is both sides so I thought it must be a different cause

Firstly are you getting cool air from the dash vents?  if not you may need to service your air-con. :-\

Currently the air con is not working, it needs re-gassing. But the upper vents are cool with the climate set to LO, yet the foot area ones are as if the climate setting was on HI...
