Poorly Panda
« on: 09 August 2015, 18:15:47 »

Only had the bloody thing a day and it`s thrown up a flashing EML on longer journey`s at about 70mph.

A quick scan of the owners book and Fiat forums shows it`s reading high emissions, backing off the throttle and the light goes out, it seems to be a common problem usually by a misfire but the car is running fine but I need to get a OBDII code reader so I can see whats going on.

I`ve downloaded the Fiat Scan software but need a lead and wondering if these VAG/KKL leads are any good?

I like the sound of that but SWMBO might not lol.

She`ll be taking the car home tomorrow and then be back next weekend so I should be armed with a manual, code reader and some plugs and possibly some plug leads by then  :y

What type is it?

I`ve been looking at software and thinking of getting a lead so I can use my laptop, leads are only a tenner.
