Alarm problem

I'm away with the van at the moment and the car alarm keeps triggering.
Plugged my laptop / slightly naughty Chinese friend in to read the codes and this came up ....

121 unknown dtc

Any ideas please ?
The friggin thing is triggering about every 15 minutes at the moment and doing my head in

121 is siren (powersounder) - basically means self test failed :y (is it disconnected?).

Usual suspect is the bonnet switch (unplug to prove and check bracket has not been bent) or rear window break sensors if an estate.

Power sounder went before it melted last year.
Already Checked the bonnet switch with no luck.

Daft dog has been bouncing about in the back so I'll Check the wires for the side windows later.

Leave it unplugged for a few days see if that cures it   :y

Oh well, its behaved itself since I removed the bonnet switch and reset the codes so I guess i'll have to have a dig around in the spares box  ::)

bend the bracket then so the switch is pushed down properly  :y

The bracket / switch got squashed last year when the breathers got done Andy by some real fat bastard from Hull  ::) :-[
The switch securing clip is knackered and doesn't even sit properly on the bracket so best I change it mate  :y
Preferably without the laying 17 stone of blubber on it this time  ;D
