Does no one take responsibility for there actions anymore?

No prosecution even thou he clearly ducked and dived to keep driving.

The Bath lorry crash resulted in both the driver and operator ending up in court.

Yes,I heard a brief bit on the news this morning about this.Apparently it's been found he'd lied consistently over a period of time about the state of his health in order to keep his licences and gain/keep employment,and thought he's for it now!Didn't hear there'd be no prosecution though ???So exactly how many people would he have to kill to get prosecuted for it? :-\ :-\ :-X

I think the victim's families & injured might try a private prosecution?
