My new Omega 2.2 - project for nice finish
« on: 16 January 2016, 19:38:57 »

Hello guys I was for long not here because i sold my 3.2 elite - just didn't have time to play with it and some more reasons..
but recently i bought 2.2 CD 16v with 74 000 miles on the clock - got few thing to sort it out but it drives not bad at all  - i think slowly for few moths Im gonna build it perfect for the summer 2016.

there is some of the pictures, maybe someone recognise the car ?
the car looks a lot better now after one week, and be a lot better, actually I like that 2.2 engine looks like its very easy to service and keep it in good condition.

The 2.2 is indeed a sheer pleasure to work on, compared to V6. Looks good.  :y

I can highly recommend a new coolant bottle, it's a small touch but really makes engine bay look significantly better. :)

Lovely clean car, no dents, no rust; sort of car of which I would be so proud, and so upset when I first dented it. Driver's wiper looks a bit short, and of course a new driver's door mirror, probably get one used on this forum in silver, and it will be good as new. Might need a new cam belt, may not have been changed yet at 74,000 miles.
