Guess what guys!!! I fixed it :y ;D :D ;)
For all those who have the same problem with rpm/speedo clocks....take instrument panel out, take it apart and resolder every connection to faulty stepper motors :y

I guessed it wouldn't mind anyone of I borrow this topic as the problem is almost the same.

So rpm gauge holding it's place, speedo wigling around zero. Steppers soldered, every single fuse checked, even relays, paperclip test only 31 came, cleaned everything as i was installing the dash, took off battery, and thinking everything that could cause it but im hopeless now... :-\ Help meee

My rpm/speedo gaige stopped working some two weeks after I managed to bring it up from the dead by resoldering evrything so I ended up with buying replacement from ebay.de.
70€ postage incl. Has to be same model/same engine/same transmission AFAIK

As far as I can remember it doesn't matter (from searching forum) , it needs to be from same model/same transmission - as long as it's V6

It was the same wih mine. You'll see - a few cranks later it won't work anymore. There's no visible damage on solder joints, nothing at all. A local electric shop said they can fix it for 100€, but I went for a good used one. Still kepping the old one in garage though, just in case :-X

Is it a manual gearbox? I have a spare instrument cluster off V324DTO, a 2.5 petrol manual V6 2.5 Omega saloon that I scrapped last summer. Speedo has MPH in main calibration, though KPH below and smaller. Any use?

Congratulations!
Forget the above silly offer, I was stuck on page one. I used to mend electronics by thus soldering dry joints for years, especially on car components, but I thought it had gone out of fashion. I have mended ECUs that way on Citroens and Peugeots, but on Omegas I have been advised that Omega ECUs are bullet proof, and so it has proved. Not so on other components apparently.
