Any one on the forum ever done it?

Any advice.

Whats the Pro's and Con's.

Is there a service worth using, or is it easy to organise personally.

What sort of costs are involved.[/size][/b]

One piece of advice. Make sure you have it shipped in a container & NOT driven onto the ship. My mates GMC was minus, spare wheel, DVD player & various other parts on collection because it was just driven on & it was damaged, because they pushed it off with an FLT, because the batteries where flat.

10% duty on value of car including transport costs, and then VAT on all of that including the 10% duty!  >:( >:(

Trains may have been invented here, but public transport is a foreign concept!
