3.2 Elite - 2002 - Rear parking sensors duff

ok, has anybody come across this problem with the sensors at the rear, can the original control units etc be found and replaced/fixed et. Thanks

Are you sure that it isn't just a knackered speaker. Mine died on me but the sensors were fine so I just replaced the speaker with a door tweeter. There is a test procedure in the maintenance guides somewhere.
Is this on a saloon or estate. The Park Pilot on the estate is in the nearside rear lamp cubby hole but I'm not familiar with the saloon.

Mine was the speaker. Al changed it and all is fine.  :y
