I need help in understanding the following please

  " "    2 angle tighten a further             65 degrees ( I think the symbol is )

  carries on like that for stages 4 & 5

Stage 6 angle tighten a further              15 degrees                                                                                                                                                                                                    what I am trying to achieve is tighten cylinder head bolts. I know the sequence & if any body knows of an easier to understand as I don't have wrench that does an angle. pounds is easier for me. thankyou

Other than a rough guess as to angle could you not make use of a plastic protractor[as we used to use in school]held on/near the torque wrench-possibly a job for an assistant?So you tighten bolts to required torque-18lbft or whatever and then go round again in the stages/angles stated.

If you don't already have one get yourself a breaker bar at least 18" long.

Print off a 360 degree protractor and stick it to your breaker bar http://sciencenotes.org/printable-protractors/

After progressively tightening the bolts using the torque settings pack your torque wrench away and do the angle tightening using the breaker bar.

I did buy myself an angle gauge when I did my cylinder head gaskets but it was too fiddly to be much help.

I just use a piece of round card, marked up 0-90.
Turn to 15.c then move card start again

I've an angle gauge gathering dust somewhere too  .
The best suggestion I've used was to put a dab/spot of paint/tipex/etc on the head of the bolt at 12 o'clock after the intial nip up ie before you start to angle tighten them. Mostly you do them up in 90 deg stages, so you can then see how far you've turned each bolt and also if you forget where you're up to in the sequence, you can just look at the bolt head to see if you've done it or not. At the end of tightening them all up, allyour dots of paint will all be in the same position.
