A lad at work got nicked over the weekend-no driving licence,no insurance!His cae was seized and presumably in the fullness of time he'll be up before the beak-hopefully they'll penalise him heavily[although I'm not sure that'll do much good].By the afternoon he was talking of buying another car that he'd heard of that was going for peanuts!He's obviously not up for learning his lesson.

Have a meeting with HR, and get them to threaten to sack him, if he gets in any more bother.  I personally wouldn't want to employ a criminal. 

Then get the boss and workmates, to smash his keys / car / ballocks with a hammer.

If that doesn't work phone the police / log on to crime-stoppers report a crime

The trouble is that society thinks that people give a shit, sadly, a lot don,t and these people just carry on doing what they are doing. They know that they will only get a smack on the wrist because the jails are already overcrowded.
