windscreen wiper delay timing ?
« on: 01 November 2016, 17:29:40 »

AS above, is it possible to alter the length of delay?

Have looked in handbook but no mention of it.

believe you can use a relay from a voltswagen which allows you to change delay as many times to suit you,,,some where on here there is a how to do it...also the how to do it tells you how to change resistors on your original one...no doubt someone will be along to put that on here for you  :y

"99" relay from VW works brilliantly well in the FL 3.2 ....  I wouldn't be without it .. :)

just remove the tall yellow wiper relay from the fuse box under the bonnet by the passenger side wing and replace with the number 99 and then choose the delay you require.....some times the tall yellow one is a bit of a sod to remove but it will pull out... :y
