Yup, looks identical to the Microphone from the Parrot Hands-free systems we used to have in our Pool Cars 

Makes you wonder what else is up there hidden

I found a loom consisting of a live 12v, an 0v, a small jackplug and a larger jackplug, tucked up behind my glovebox yesterday.
Guess it was from an old phone install. The 12v and 0v came in handy as I was in the process of looking for two such wires when I came across them.
