Hmm . . . . .

I don't get cramp. I wonder if my prolific red wine consumption has anything to do with it. I'd like to think so  ::)

Eat plenty of banana's  ;)

Maybe that's my problem. I've been told to limit my potassium intake due to my kidney issue - so stopped eating bananas about 6 months ago. It's now happening every other night 🤔

That's the one  :y ;D

Just for once, I wasn't taking the piss with the banana comment   ;)
They contain potassium and other stuff which will help cramps  :y

No eye-rolling, aaron, just good advice.
For mild/moderate attacks, drink tonic water (for the quinine content) at bed time and if really serious attacks he will prescribe quinine tablets - reluctantly, because I have diabetes and too much quinine is contra-indicated.
That also rules out bananas for me because of their high sugar content.

Suffered it most of my life, allways gets worse when it's cold weather.

Quinine bisulphate  from Docs and allways keep a bottle of Indian Tonic water handy as most members have mentions.

Went to hospital for an examintion and could'nt settle because of massive craps, Girlfriend went to hospital shop for a bottle of Tonic water, after a couple of mouthfulls the cramps had gone comepletely before a nurse had got back to me with some Quinine tablets. :y :y
